The mast for aerial operation is composed of chassis, lifting mechanism, operation platform, control system and outrigger system. The chassis provides the driving and bearing foundation; the lifting mechanism (straight arm/curved arm/scissor fork) is lifted and rotated through the hydraulic system; the working platform is equipped with guardrail and safety belt fixing points to ensure the safety of personnel; the control system supports dual operation with overload, fall protection, etc.; after the outrigger is deployed, the load is distributed to prevent overturning.
In terms of maintenance, hydraulic oil, outrigger, boom and safety device shall be checked before operation; overload, over-radius and windy operation are strictly prohibited during operation, and personnel shall fasten safety belt; after the operation, reset the boom, take back the outrigger, regularly replace the hydraulic oil, lubricate the components, check the structural parts and electrical circuits to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
